About Us
My long-time passion for art is evident in both my personal and professional life. I'm a graduate of Carroll College in Waukesha, WI with a degree in Fine Art—Gallery Emphasis. My education gave me an excellent background for my work at the Wisconsin Veterans Museum in Madison, and at my internship at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. After finishing my degree, I took an interest in framing, which enables me to help people preserve and display their pieces of art. I am a Certified Picture Framer from the Professional Picture Framers Association, and I was co-owner of a frame shop for seven years before opening SB Framing Gallery in Milwaukee. When I'm not at the Framing Gallery, I enjoy quilting, cross-stitching, scrapbooking and reading. I'm excited to be a part of the vibrant, art-filled community here in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.
